2. USE, SCOPE AND PURPOSE OF KEEPING AND PROCESSING DATA
Personal data is stored and processed for maintaining customer contact, market intelligence via email, sales promotion, customer profiling with the goal of tailor-made content and products to customers through email and websites. When sending emails, we record which messages were displayed to individuals and also record the clicks on links provided in said messages. For a better and more focused offer and customization of further messages, the recorded data is automatically processed, analysed and profiled and we automatically evaluate our customers’ interest for the sent messages. We do not carry out automated decision-making based on the recorded data and profiles created.
For the purpose of informing via email, we keep:

We collect personal data with explicit consent of individuals. We keep the consents together with their content and the content of the form with which they were obtained.
The personal data is used by our following departments:
· Customer support.
3. PERSONAL DATA PROCESSORS AND TRANSFER
Personal data processors are marketers, marketing, research and analytical companies, external marketing agencies and event organizers. All processors are legally and contractually compliant with GDPR.
We store personal data on the territory of the Republic of Slovenia and do not transfer it to other countries.
4. PERIOD OF RETENTION OF DATA
Personal data is kept until the consent for the storage and processing of individual data is revoked. After revoking their consent, the individual’s data is immediately and effectively deleted.
If the above-described purposes, for which we store and process personal data, cease to exist in our company, the databases whose purpose has ceased will be immediately efficiently and permanently deleted.
We store information about the received messages and clicks on the links in the received messages for 12 months after sending the message.
5. INDIVIDUAL’S (PERSON’S) RIGHTS
Every individual can demand:
· Inspection of data,
· Correction of data,
· Complete deletion of data,
· Transfer of data to another provider of similar services,
· A termination of processing and storing their data or a revocation of consent for processing and storage, without prejudice to the lawfulness of the processing which was carried out on the basis of consent until its cancellation.
In the event that we would like to further process personal data for the purpose other than the purpose for which the personal data was collected, we will provide individuals with information about this other purpose and any further relevant information, such as those given in this document.
If an individual believes that their rights in terms of the protection of their personal data have been violated in any way, they can lodge a complaint with the supervisory body - the Information Commissioner in the Republic of Slovenia:
